We are looking for an individual to join our development team on a full time basis to take charge of the development of web based frontends / user interfaces. These include interfaces to various telecom systems and services for consumers in several countries, as well as industry specific sites for wholesale services. Coworkers will provide ongoing training about telecommunications.

Skills required:
- Experience writing web frontends / user interfaces for complex systems interacting with consumers
- 2+ years of experience developing in object oriented PHP with MySQL
- 3+ years of experience with HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX
- Fluent in English. Additional languages a plus.

- Self motivated, able to work in autonomy with minimal supervision and little structure in a small multicultural team
- Ability to multitask without losing focus
- Ability to deliver proof-of-concept solutions quickly when needed, even if the first iteration is not perfect
- Curious, honest and reliable

We are looking for an individual to head our international roaming department, and build roaming agreements that support our telna Mobile service. The position includes opportunities for travel to industry conferences.
Location: This fulltime position is open to telecommuters located anywhere in the world
Skills required:
- 2+ years of experience working in the roaming department of a GSM operator
- Ability to negotiate outbound roaming agreements with discounted IOTs
- Experience conducting IREG and TADIG tests, and getting the agreements launched
- Fluent in English. Additional languages a plus.
